“Women who wear black lead colourful lives.”

I don’t remember who said the above, but I believe it especially relevant to a bride who chooses to wear black. It says she’s daring. Confident. Bold. Liberated. And that does not a boring existence make. No, black is most definitely not bleak.

Lise’s open back bodice was a blend of 2 black beaded laces with elongated sleeves, and a slightly seductive V-neck.  Her skirt was fashioned from densely layered grey, black and nude Italian tulle. She finished the look with a black lace and tulle fascinator. The end-result was almost theatrical – a moody mix of elegance, luxury and grandeur. Love it!
