Katrien

Katrien was getting married in the woods and wanted to look like a forest fairy. She had always dreamed of wearing a vintage gown, with a selection of lace, a flower crown and a pair of leather flats.

I absolutely loved her idea!

The front of the dress was made up of unique pieces of lace trimmings that we detailed with antique buttons. The back of the top and the skirt were both fashioned from embroidered lace.

The buttons were really a lovely design detail. It used to her gran’s and incorporating it into the dress, really added to the sentiment of the day.

The end result was so unique and unpretentious. Just like the bride. I love her vibe and I think her dress suited her absolutely perfectly!
