Carli dreamed of tying the knot in a long, slimming dress. Self-conscious, she wanted to cover her collarbones but since they were getting married in the dead heat Feb is so famous for, we didn’t want to add unnecessarily weight to the dress either.

And so we fashioned for her a full length dress from creamy-coloured corded Chantilly lace that we embellished with tiny pearls. We covered her collarbones with spotted tulle and lace trim. For a touch of tradition, we finished the look with a classic court train and veil.

Her dress was both elegant and timeless – a perfect fit for such a modest, gracious girl.
