This quote of Mr. Fitzgerald immediately made me think of Blanche. She is a beautiful meld of strength and softness, liberty and reliance, sophistication and innocence… I found her guileless enthusiasm at each fitting so catching. Yet make no mistake, this woman knows who she is, and what she wants. In the words of miss Alicia Keys – This girl is on fire!
Blanche and her now hubby were to be married on his family farm, so she wanted something super comfortable.
Her gorgeous light grey and ivory wedding gown was fashioned form silky satin, with a flowy silk chiffon skirt. The bodice was detailed with the most beautiful beaded lace that had an almost geometric//tribal motif. Extra texture and depth were created with chunky beads that were hand sewn onto the garment. Absolutely sensational! Love, love, love it!
