Ever since she was a little girl, Nikita imagined that she would tie the knot in a wedding dress with a Victorian inspired high-low skirt. This skirt has a full circle hem and is short in the front and long in the back. After trying on numerous dresses, she still hadn’t found exactly what she was looking for. She wanted her dress to accentuate her waist and camouflage her curves. An altered copy of an existing dress just wouldn’t do! This one of a kind lady wanted a one of a kind wedding dress.

The bodice was fashioned from Corded Chantilly lace and featured small cap sleeves. The high-low skirt was constructed from layers of silky satin, lace and soft tulle in shades of champagne and light blush pink. The low-back was detailed with dainty fabricated buttons and satin ribbon accentuated her waist. Her look was rounded off with a pair of ballet flats.

This gown is so unique and such a beautiful reflection of Nikita’s spirit and sense of adventure! I believe we’re all different and therein lies our beauty. Nikita stayed true to herself and her personal sense of style and the result is just GORGEOUS!
