Lucia

It’s no secret that Lucia’s dress is one of my absolute favourites. Last year I submitted this design for the Top Vendor Wedding Awards and it won an award for the best wedding dress 2016.  I can’t possibly take all the credit though – because we all know the dress does not maketh the woman. The woman maketh the dress. And Lucia is one strikingly beautiful woman.

Her dress was fashioned from off white raw silk and had a full pleated skirt and classic heart shaped bodice. The nude mesh top was embellished with a gorgeous applique leaf detail on the back.
