From the moment we met, I just knew that Carlin’s dress journey was going to be a very special one! Unlike any dress I’ve designed, Carlin wanted a long sleeve winter wedding dress with a blouse-like silk chiffon top.

We detailed the front and neckline of the blouse with singly sewn lace trimmings and fixed beautiful lace cutouts on the cuffs. We also embellished the lace with hand-beaded pearls. To balance the loose-fitting blouse, we chose a clean-cut form-fitting silhouette for the skirt and added a gorgeous lace border to the hemline.

I absolutely LOVE this look! It’s classic and timeless and soooo stylish. I also think it suited the bride’s personality perfectly…that of confident, classy woman with a sense of timeless style, elegance and grace.
